   Thankyou so much to Paul, who helped me today. He could have laughed at my request and sent me on my way, but instead he helped me. He put air into all my tyres then turned my car round for me to save me doing a 50 point turn to get back out of the garage.

   Unfortunately, we have lots of big potholes in Kirkintilloch and surrounding areas. I seem to search them out. Due to that, I'm a fairly regular customer. I'm also fortunate enough to use their mobile service. This sometimes takes a bit longer than being able to get ur car to their garage, but being disabled I really rely on my car, so I think it's worth the wait (if ur situation can wait, maybe 2 days to get new tyre.)? The Staff are absolutely amazing. I usually deal with Kevin, I think he's maybe Manager, please excuse me if I've got the wrong name. He is always, patient, friendly, polite, and goes out of his way for me. I was meant to be scheduled for a particular day, I had to cancel as I just wasn't well enuff to go out. The next day he phoned me to see how I was doing and did I want to reschedule or he'd call the mobile team for me? How's that for customer service? I must apologise if I've got the name wrong? Its just a bad brain fog day! I hope he knows its him I'm talking about, coz he has outstanding customer service

   Was there yesterday for a puncture. Couldn't get anywhere nearer to home but Paul said he would fit me in and he did. Tyre was changed and I was sorted within the hour. Professional and courteous service. Highly recommend. Also as a female I felt very comfortable with the two chaps I dealt with.

   Excellent! First Class! I can only give the team the highest of praise as I have always received the best of service at the Kirkintilloch branch of Kwik Fit. I have never been disappointed with the quality of service I have received over the years. Many thanks to Paul and his team for always going that extra mile to help out and get the job done. Thanks guys! p.s. the older lady I was in the waiting room with whilst waiting for my new tyres, was also full of praise for the guys. I hope this counts as two reviews!

   The team at Quick Fit Kirkintilloch fixed my tyre puncture and got me back on the road in less than 24hrs, meaning I didn't have to cancel an important meeting. Outstanding service! Quality and professional. Kenny fixed my tyre and also gave me some advice on tyre care. Friendly team with good communication.

   I have used Kwik Fit Kirkintilloch twice recently, once for my MOT and today when I had an emergency. Both times staff have been extremely professional and efficient and both times my car has been ready earlier than expected. Today, Paul really went above and beyond to help me. What a kind and hardworking man! I will definitely be back to the branch and will recommend Kwik Fit to all my friends and family.
