Dropped the car off in the morning, had a phone call with issue and quote within an hour and was able to pick the car back up by the afternoon. Very friendly and straightforward service. Would definitely recommend.
I have lived in Lenzie for over 3 years and have used 2 garages previously, neither of which I was very enamoured with. I drive past this Garage most days and thought I'd try it. I was so glad I did. From booking a car service and repair to the actual work and service, I have been so pleased. The standard of care and service, as well as the straightforward, polite, and friendly staff (Mark!). The communications and efforts taken to manage my costs of repairs etc not to mention a wash and vac too. Being able to use a courtesy car has made this a very positive experience as there was no one able to drive me back and forth. I work in care and understand the importance of delivering high-quality care. To receive high-quality care myself today was amazing, especially as a female as dealing with garages can be a challenge. I took my car in today for the first time through a recommendation, for an MOT and service, and I was delighted with the friendliness and efficiency of the guys there. My car was also really well valetted, even the boot that I use for my golf clubs. Would highly recommend this garage.
Great customer service. These guys go above and beyond to help out their customers. Even though they were really busy, Mark fit me in to check my vehicle was safe to drive when it was making a weird noise. No fuss... Just friendly service. I take my car there for regular service and have always been happy with the result.
AVOID! Both my grandparents are from Torrance and had been using this garage for repairs, servicing, and Mot for all of their cars for the past 20 years. The garage has had many different names over the years but still the same people. First reason to avoid this garage - My Grandad had a Nissan Path finder had been using this garage to get his car serviced, MOT, and repaired for the past 8 years on this particular car. My grandad has now sold this car to a close friend of his and his friend has taken the car to a garage that he uses. The mechanics at this garage reviewed the cars service history and advised my Grandads friend that a lot of the servicing had never been carried out or been carried out poorly! Second reason to avoid this garage - My Grandmothers Peugeot 306 was serviced and MOT at this place for 10 years. I inherited her car in late 2016. 1 year later or so after inheriting the car I was experiencing car trouble and the car broke down. The RAC advised me that I needed a new alternator and because of the age of the car I should also get a new timing belt. I decided that I would continue the trend and use this garage since they knew the full history of the car. I got the car to the garage and asked them to carry out the above repairs which took them 9 days to do at maximum 4 day job. About 2 weeks after the "repairs" were carried out I was driving along the motorway and my fan belt snapped. Instead of taking it to the garage in Torrance I took it to a more local garage in Bishopbriggs as it was nearer at the time when I heard the belt snap. I told the Bishopbriggs garage what repairs had been carried out and they advised me that the fan belt had snapped to due to oil leakage and the most likely cause was due to poorly installing the timing belt and not changing over seals within the engine. I relayed all this information to the torrance garage and tried twice to get a refund of cica £650 but with no joy at all. The car was 10 years old at the time but was good working condition and had only driven 28k miles until they got their hands on it. The oil leakage had destroyed the car and was beyond repair and I had to get the car scrapped all thanks to these cowboys. If you have any sense, avoid this place as they are just jokers and conmen!
