Whilst Ryan is a nice guy etc etc, his communication with ex clients/potential clients is shocking. Whilst he has all the time in the world to post on YouTube, he is pathetic when it comes to getting back to you. It took me over a week, messaging/ texting to eventually getting an answer from him on Facebook - telling me he was too busy to even give me an appointment! I used him before for a diagnostic, which an easy £85 when all you identify is exactly the same fault diagnosis that your client already had from a VAG Technician! Sorry Ryan, but you need to do better and not just select potential easy fixes for your next YouTube video.
Highly recommend Ryan , he has now worked on a couple of my customers cars with more complex issues and correctly diagnosed each within the 1st hour .his knowledge and skills are extensive. Works efficiently and most importantly gets the job done without all the faff Book with confidence
Car has been off the road for over a year with the brand dealership not being able to find the fault. They wanted to replace the ABS pump and wiring harness which would have cost £££££! Ryan found the fault within 20 minutes, traced the wiring and had it all repaired and up and running within 90 minutes. Unbelievable and feels like a lottery win - Thank you Ryan, I will recommend you far and wide!
My car was in another garage for almost 4 weeks with an undiagnosed electrical fault. Ryan came out to my house the next day after phoning, diagnosed the fault and replaced the part all within two hours. Absolutely delighted that he was able to get my wee car back on the road so quickly and all for a very reasonable price for the service received. Highly recommended!
Broken wires leading to tailgate of corsa, messaged Ryan, he got back quickly, came the next day as he arranged, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Very reasonable charge. I can see why he's getting 5 star reviews!

Really efficient service and great communication, kept me up to date with estimated arrival time. Listened thoroughly to the issues to better understand the problem and then got straight to work. Ryan was happy to talk through the diagnosis so I understood the problem, would recommend.
Called on the 3rd January with a car that wouldn’t start. Ryan came out the next day and diagnosed it as a broken starter motor and replaced it within a couple of hours. Great service and wouldn’t hesitate to use again if need be.
