   Put my granddaughter’s car in as it had a knocking noise from the front end. They diagnosed the strut and replaced it. They test drove it and discovered it was still there. They kept the car for a couple of days to try and find out what it was. They finally found that it was the anti roll bar bush. They replaced them. Did the bill end up bigger than the original quote? No!!!! They didn’t rip me off. That’s all you ever want from a garage, someone you can trust and they showed that are trustworthy and knowledgeable.

   Lost patience with these guys in the end. Went to them for years but last year we were overcharged by £100 on a service which they would not have identified had I not queried it a few hours later, they did, however refund once I brought it to their attention. The jobs felt incomplete towards the end after having to put my car back in to get fixed for a problem two or three times. In the end I was reluctant to pay for a test regarding my engine light (I paid them before for this and they could not diagnose a fault) I was told “you don’t know much about cars do you”. Well, no I don’t but could do without the attitude. Had a reputable car diagnostician conclude it was just the sensor that was faulty which they were not willing accept. Despite this we did have many years with no issues so disappointed that we have now lost confidence in them.

   Would highly recommend. Really friendly service. Took my car in for MOT and service and got it back on the same day. Price was very reasonable and you get a handy little text when your car is ready to collect. Would definitely use again.

   The manager is rude and needs to go on training on how to deal with people over the phone. He hung up the phone mid conversation. Happy to take your money for MOT’s and services, however when you ask a simple request for the service history of your car he hangs up the phone. Very rude man.
