   Told me on phone that it would have to go somewhere else to get diagnosed as they couldn't do it there and didn't mention charge. Charged £50 to 'diagnose' but just listed the things I had told them was wrong with it when I took it in.

   I can only praise the customer service and job well done. They really go an extra mile. They fixed my problem with coolant leak and on top fixed the petrol leak I even didn't know about but smelled petrol whenever car was on. I can only recommend the garage.

   Just wanted to say a huge thanks to Mitchell Motors for helping me last week when my car had a major oil leak. They provided genuine sound advice, options and recovery. Having performed an initial inspection to determine the problem, they arranged recovery to the car dealership so the problem could be resolved under warranty. The advice they gave me allowed me to understand the problem and deal confidently with the dealership.
