   Guys are very friendly. One in particular absolutely FANTASTIC with designs. Absolutely over the moon with the design. Unfortunately the other guy that cut my extensions, made one shorter than them all. The nails are very flat and do not curve like they should for strength. Will see how they hold up for 3/4 weeks

   Had my nails done here a lot and came in today to get my nails and toes done and the service was a total disgrace. The shop was busy so this time my nails were rushed and all my nails are different lengths and shapes. I asked for a simple pattern with lines from top on nail which they had done previously and I loved them so much I wanted them again but in different colours. However because there was a queue my nails were done in half the time and it was obvious when they were finished they were just a total mess. When I was asked if they were ok I said no. I was asked what I wanted them to do to fix them, I was looking at them unsure how they could be fixed as they were such a disaster to then be told to hurry as they had a queue. So quality doesn’t seem to matter. I left and within 10 mins I went back to get them fixed as they were too embarrassing to walk around with, looked like a 5 year old had done them. I was told they had not been rushed and they couldn’t do what I asked for even though they had done it previously (on that occasion the shop was empty so they did it properly and took their time). I ended up just got them painted all one colour. I absolutely hate them and the one cookie highlights the difference in size and shape of each nail. I am now having to go someone else to get them done again. Total waste of time and money. I would advise to walk away if they are busy because the quality of service will drop massively. To be told to hurry is something I’ve never encountered when paying for a service and is just rude. Because they were in such a rush to get me out the door I didn’t get my toes done either. There’s plenty of good nail salons in Cowdenbeath I won’t be going back to this one and I would advise anyone going here not to waste your money if it’s busy in there as you get half a service. Really disappointing.
