   Van declined as per poor workmanship. Transport service was terrible as when I rejected taking it back he told me he didn’t have time to reload it and take it back garage. And it wasn’t his problem and drove off! Photos have been emailed. Van still sitting where driver abandoned it.

   I honestly cannot recommend the services of DLG highly enough, from the first phone call they were clear and concise about the procedure regarding getting my car repaired. On the day my car was to go in to be repaired, they gave me a timescale and were well within it for delivering a courtesy car and uplifting mine. Archie, their driver was extremely pleasant to deal with and explained the process thoroughly again. Got the call to say my car was ready, a week earlier than advised and if im honest i was wary about how it was going to look - definately did not need to worry! It looks like a full new front end x I am so happy about the entire process so highly recommend. Well done to everyone involved at DLG Auto, your customer care was exceptional x

   Car got damaged service was fantastic came picked car up and dropped off a courtesy car , all staff we're very helpful and amazing we we're told nearly 2 weeks for the work to be done and carried out was done in just over a week and got our car back like there was no damage at all highly recommend to anyone for repairs for there car.

   Top service provided by DLG. The car was picked up & dropped off which saved any hassle. I had backshift the day it was getting returned and they managed to fit me into the early morning slot for a drop off which was excellent of them. The cars looking like new again. Very happy!! Communication was great, they also had an online portal which you could track the repair.

   Recently had a bump and had to have my car repaired DLGAuto services were very quick to respond and had my car uplifted within the week. They were extremely efficient and kept me up to date with the repairs I received my car back repaired after 8days I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the work done. I would definitely recommend this company for quality and efficiency on the work carried out

   Car was over due and not cleaned also returned with a flat tyre I’ve been asked by DGL AUTO SERVICES to repost this but may I add their initial response it was for me to contact them at their garage to see what they could do to assist me i thrift their not able to notice a flat tyre and the fact the car had not been valeted I don’t have the time to run after them

   100% would recommend. My car had been in an accident and this was the recommended garage by my insurer. From start to finish their service was impeccable - they collected the car, kept me up to date with how the repair was going and delivered my car to my door on time and valeted. All repairs were completed to an excellent standard. Would not hesitate to recommend!

   This company collected my car, they called me prior to arriving to give me a time. It was taken away to have the back bumper fully repaired. I was called and kept updated throughout whole process and the car was then delivered back to my home address with all the work completed. I was worried after my car was hit but D&G made the whole process stress free and hassle free. Very professional

   Was contacted within 1 day of putting in my claim. Very professional and courteous on the phone. Car was picked up exactly when agreed. Taken away and returned within 6 days. Wouldn't even know that it had been hit by another care. Car looked great and was all cleaned. Excellent service.

   DLG Auto recently repaired my car. From the car being picked up and then being delivered the customer service I received was first class. Everyone I dealt with from the Delivery Drivers to the staff I spoke to on the phone were all friendly, helpful and kept me updated on my vehicle's progress. My car was returned on time shining like a new pin inside and out. Would have no hesitation recommending DLG Auto to anyone.
