   Took my car into Mark 1 as my brakes had seized and wiper linking needed replaced. Was well taken care of and seen very soon after phoning, they took my car out a quick drive to check what the issue was and knew straight away what needed done and gave advice on next steps... I immediately booked my car in and had it back within 2 days. The receptionists are very helpful and friendly. The mechanic that worked on my car took the time to speak with me and explained all the repairs that were made very clearly. 5* service, will be my main garage from now on!

   Initially, I had to put my car in for a repair, and despite them being fully booked, they had it back to me in a couple of days at a very reasonable price. My fist impressions were very good. The issues have come since then. The problem came when I took the car in for a service and some major damage was cause by the garage. Initially, they didn't seem to want to accept responsibility as they claimed it was impossible that they caused the damage. Eventually, they took the car back in and accepted that it was their fault and did the repair for free. It was, however, a very stressful time dealing with this. The staff who were initially very nice became quite cold towards me. I took the car to another garage for it's next MOT and they discovered that during original repair, they had done they had actually caused more damage that I had to have fixed to pass its MOT.

   AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! Would give them minus score if that was an option. Absolutely rip off. They almost tricked me to pay. 800 plus to fix my Air con. Took the vehicle in to get ac checked. They said it needs recharged. 2 hours later i got a call saying its all fixed and ready to be collected. i went to collect the vehicle paid £80 for ac recharge. Upon checking the vehicle ac wasn’t working at all. Other mechanic came and checked again to find that actual ac was faulty and quoted me £800 plus pounds for second hand part and labour cost. They refilled the gas for no reason and made me pay £80, which they never refunded. I took the car back and took it other local garare. They found that it was just a relay that was faulty and cost me £5 to replace it. Avoid at all cost.

   Car was in for mot and service. Initially failed for 2 reasons and these were rectified. A month later I got a flat tyre and when the aa have came out and said that the car should never passed its mot due to the tyre wear and tear. When the tyre was checked it was down to the thread and this was on a back tyre. So glad this was found by the aa and not the police.
