   Never going back there again, didn’t even diagnose the problem correctly and told me to come back with the part from scrap yard and they will fix it. And that part was totally fine. Told them another issue and without even checking, the guy told me it’s gonna cost me around £200 and it’s better if you leave this issue like this.

   Avoid this garage if you’re serious about your life . I booked my car over the phone and 2 days after been there they diagnosed the fault creating clunky noice in suspension and told me to come tomorrow. very next day they changed track rod end , service, tracking and all that spent £400 but the problem still the same . after 2-3 days again I been there they changed drop link for another £50 . The owner himself (Muaz) Is so Rude and will talk to you always Rudely. I Requested him please balance my rear wheels aswell and i’ll pay you for that He Said “We Don’t Have Time”. even i was having a booking. Afterall spending £450 problem still the same .I was driving last day on motorway took my exit and unfortunately breaks didn’t worked on Uneven road So i was just Inches Away From my “Death”. Now I’m gonna report this business to “Ombudsman Services “ And will be seeking Justice for Me .

   Had a puncture, called other garages but they were booked. Called these guys they said I can come for the repair. Reached in 5 mins , puncture repaired in 5 mins was back home in overall 20 mins. Fast, relaible and good service

   In short: it took me the same amount of time I would've needed to service it myself to correct their mistakes and verify they'd actually done the other work correctly. Knew I should've serviced the car myself but the cold weather got the better of me so booked in for air/fuel filter change, discs/pads and oil/oil filter change. Air/fuel filter seem to be done correctly. Brakes seemed to be done right but I did have to spend a couple of hours going over everything they did after seeing the mess they made of the oil change. Oil had been overfilled because they had put in the entire 5L bottle rather than gradually filling the engine to its 4.5L maximum. Oil was also all over the underside of the car where they clearly couldn't be bothered cleaning it after removing the filter. Found this out after my engine started ticking due to running dry and had to finish their job for them (draining excess oil and cleaning suspension arms on my back in - 1° weather), thankfully without any noticeable damage to the engine. (Not like I paid them because I specifically didn't want to do that!) Wouldn't recommend, an oil change is the simplest job a mechanic can do and if you can mess that up you shouldn't be anywhere near a workshop. If it was a trainee, they've got no potential and are giving your garage a bad name. A paying customer shouldn't have to finish the dirty job you couldn't be bothered to do.

   Booked my Car in for an MOT today the shop is clean and tidy with a nice reception area and I wasn't waiting long at all to be seen. Staff were all very nice and welcoming, my MOT sadly failed but they were great at explaining what it needed in order to pass and gave me a fair and reasonable price for the parts + fitting looking online other places would charge a fair bit more for same job. I return tomorrow to get it sorted. Will definitely be using them again in future for any work that needs done.

   I've used this garage a couple of times I've never had any problem until now. I left the car because the clutch broke and they will check it up but the next day the engine didn't start and now the car is compleatly down. Even a few things were missing from the car (for example: phone holder) and there was pure grease in the interior and the windscreen!. When I ask them, they're just lying in my face and smiling " I can't do anything about it." Still don't know what is still missing but probably got a died battery back also! Thank You guys and keep up the good job :)))
