Now that Gordon has sailed off, deservedly, a new young gun has taken the mantle - Scott McKie - and he seems determined to fill the big shoes left him. So far, so very good.    For many years I’ve been a customer of Lower Mill Garage who have provided an excellent, friendly service for our family cars. Gordon and his team of knowledgeable technicians have always been more than helpful with MOTs, advice and routine servicing. Gordon has now retired and Scott is now running the business with the same established team of mechanics. Last week my car was in for major repair, a new rear subframe due to MOT failure because the original was corroded. The repair was done promptly to the usual excellent standards. Prices quoted for repairs are accurate and fair without compromising quality. I have no hesitation in recommending Lower Mill Garage. Guys - keep up the good work!

   Brilliant service from Lowermill garage as ever. I've been using these guys for over 20 years with no regrets ever. Gordon has now moved on and left the controls to Scott. I had my car in for some work and Scott was great, giving me a call to explain what was needed and what it would cost. Some other work was going to be required, and Scott was able to assure me that this was something that was not in need of immediate attention and gave advice on monitoring it with advice to call him if there were any issues.

   Recent work a disappointment. Work not fully finished, they didn't know how to fix the problem and I ended up paying more money to get it fixed elsewhere. Won't be using again. Also felt I was putting them out by giving them work as too preoccupied on other jobs.
