   I have been using these guys for the last over 3 years, they have done service, timing kit, clutch replaced on my both cars and always been happy, good price and excellent service I have always received. These guys have done insurance claims twice for me and all went smooth. No issues whatsoever. Would definitely recommend them.

   I had very bad experience this guy Haroon is totally fraud. I had accident I drop my car to him he told me I will give you taxi car but he not gave me. He took 8 days money from auto logistics not paid me. Totally fraud. He looks like soft guy but he is totally fraud. When he done my paint work after that my new car battery not working well. I am afraid he might took my hybrid battery. Be careful plz.

   Had a really great experience today with 313 garage. Took in my old (but new to me) Nissan to get the brakes checked as they were squeaking. When I was in also asked about getting a tire changed which had a slow puncture. They told me they had a used tire with good tread the right size they could give me for free! They called me later that day to tell me the tire had been changed and they couldn’t find any issues with the brakes and not to worry and that it was likely just rust from the car sitting for a while before I purchased it and that it would get better as I used the car more. They also topped up my engine oil for me as they had noticed it was running low. In the end they only charged me £25! for the work. Fantastic honest and reliable garage. Thank you so much! You have a new and very happy customer.

   Over the last 3 years, I visited 313 for various car-related issues and much-needed maintenance on my vehicle, and I can confidently say that it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I highly value transparency both in terms of work quality and the estimate, and that's where I rate them high. Before any work was carried out, I was provided with a detailed estimate, the parts, and their associated cost. I think this helps customers to make an informed decision. Generally, I am cautious about the mechanics carrying out the work, for the sole reason that I don't want an untrained and inexperienced mechanic to mess up my expensive and well-look-after car. I have no doubt and confident to say that their mechanics are highly trained and their expertise speaks through the quality of their work. I felt confident that my vehicle was in capable hands. My concerns were addressed before the car was handed back and tested. Overpricing in the auto garages is a big problem, but I have never felt that I have been overcharged or charged for the work that never took place. This shows their honesty and integrity. They have always exceeded my expectations in every aspect. 313 Garage is recommended based on its transparency, quality workmanship, and customer care.
