   Been bringing our 2014 VW Beetle here for years now. Servicing and MOT work always carried out quickly, professionally and helpfully. The garage is small but immaculately clean and tidy, which to my mind is always a sign of a very well run operation. Wouldn't take my VW anywhere else and would absolutely recommend.

   "I booked my car in with this VW specialist after my usual garage couldn’t fix an issue with the driver’s seat and told me I’d need a replacement. Before the appointment, they kindly offered some advice in case I wanted to try sorting it myself—and it worked! Problem solved, no parts needed, and I didn’t even have to bring the car in. Really impressed with their honesty and willingness to help." I will definitely be using them again as a first choice in future.

   Phoned this morning regarding isse with electric wing mirrors. It is a warranty issue so this garage would not be able to deal with it - however the man who answered the phone went out of his way and gave me really good advice and it turns out I just hadn`t figured out the controls - and the electric wing mirrors are working fine. He did not need to take the time to do this but did anyway

   Went in on monday to price a 2 year major service, quoted me 175-275 so dropped it in on friday, called me about 2 hrs later to say thats your oil change done but it needs a major service and thatl be £340 to go ahead with it even though he quoted me for a major service, told him i didnt want it and he said ok thatl be £170 for the oil change, told him i wasnt paying that as thats ridiculous price to which he replied ok ill just take the oil out of your car and leave it on the street so not wanting that to happen i brought £170 down with me but when i got ther he told me he had taken the new oil out and put my old oil back in and he wasnt charging me, i said what about the filter he said he just left the new filter in that hed replaced which is a load of rubbish because i just had a major service done today and the guy that done it said it wasnt a new filter in so i dont even believe he done any work at all and was going to charge me £170 for nothing which he must of had 2nd thoughts about. First time dealing with him, he was the owner dont know his name but ill def not be using him again

   Avoid. Car was not starting properly and was kept from Saturday to the Friday. Every day I had to phone for update to be told they didn't know what was wrong. Not once was i advised of daily labour charges. Was told Friday it was petrol in my diesel car + cost was £498 to fix plus my mot!! That's not cheap, surely they had to advise me of labour as week went on so I could decide whether to continue? Said I was shocked at price & this visit would be my last. Gerry calls to tell me to come get my car & he was not doing MOT. Got there to find my car with window down and keys in ignition. I asked if he really just did that and he said yes hopefully someone will steal it. Spent 10 mins being cheeky to me and my husband saying it's our fault. I had to organise alternative transport for 6 days and get charged for 6 hours labour. Even had cheek to keep mot on invoice before removing. Will never set foot in there again. The fault may have been mine but to say he hoped my car got stolen is disgusting.

   Had the car booked in to get a repair done for a broken bonnet release. Day before it's due to go in the engine begins to overheat. Got a call from the garage the same day it went in stating the water pump had failed, and that now was a good time to change the cambelt. Read my mind in that respect as I was going to ask about it anyway. Was back in my hands day 2 and they went through the bother to split the invoices as the bonnet and water pump were going to be covered by warranty. Will definitely be back.
