   I had my car repaired here after a front-right collision. More than six months later, I started experiencing serious issues — hissing noise, loss of power and warning lights. Despite reporting these concerns repeatedly, I was continually told they were ‘not related’, even though no proper physical inspection was carried out. The bumper was never removed, and only quick diagnostic scans were done. It was only after I sent a formal email and informed my insurer that the car was finally taken seriously and fully inspected. My car was then kept for several days without notice or a courtesy vehicle, leaving me without essential transport. Based on my experience, the communication, aftercare and willingness to listen to customers were extremely disappointing.

   Charlie , Estimator, whom I discovered was an ex Panel Beater. - took control of my Audi TT Repair. Making sure quality was paramount with my repairs and no doubt others. He has the potential of having management qualities on show that could be honed and developed. Having a good role model model to learn as he progresses at Audi. Shirley who I could tell from her attitude and keep the customers informed of developments and progress of repair at a point of contact. My car was picked up and delivered back to me at the end of the process of my repair, also returning it on completion of the full repair work. I had no worries whatsoever of Charlies, attention to taking care of my Audi TT car body repair, which I have owned for 11 years since purchasing from Glasgow Audi (now Lookers). I have treated my Audi all that time as part of my family, and with some of close friends being top class professional vehicle paint sprayers and panel beaters to inspect on completion. The Acident and repair center at Lookers are meticulous in their care in returning your car to its former glory, if not even better than I had initially bought from them 11 years ago. It was like getting a new car back on completion on the repair process. My Audi Alloy wheels were also refurbished during my cars time at thev Lookers, Accident and Repair centre. They too came back looking slightly better than what Audi supplied it to me originally Now I will continue ue to use them for repairs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them the carry out and complete repair work. You can actually give it to them and forget about the repairs quality at the end. It's not hard to find someplace you can trust and recommend to carry out and body repairs to your care rest assured will be satisfied above and beyond on return of your car. As a Senior manager with experience of managing 190 staff, I can see how Audi can relax and be rest assured that they have a Body Repairs team that are more than 5 star in quality and customer satisfaction. The the staff who consult you and who carry out the repairs. Relax , it will come back better than new. I have attached a few photos to show how my car was transformed to Audi specification and even more. What a team. Charlie took control of everything to end....took ownership of his responsibility to return it me as if it was his own...it was perfect Well done to all the team the team. The professional tradesmen they have are more than top class....they take great pride of their work and and your car.

   Fantastic service. Kept us updated regularly due to delay with parts. Courteous and friendly staff. Car was returned polished and cleaned to high standard and repair to the rear of the car was exceptional. Highly recommend this company.

   Wheel repair fine and returned on time. However, spare wheel well contents left scattered, out of place and “wash” appears to be a quick hose down to rinse off the body shop dust. (Unsuccessfully) Disappointing.

   My car was in for some bodywork repairs after being involved in a small accident. The staff were brilliant from start to finish, from the receptionist, call handlers & the driver that picked up and delivered my car. I was kept informed at every step & always informed when there were small delays in work. My car was delivered to my home address looking spot on! Paint job is fantastic & the alloy looks brand new. Very pleased with the outcome. Valeted to a high spec also. Hopefully don’t ever need to use your bodywork repairs in the future but if I ever do then I know I will be in good hands. It’s very clear that the staff care about the quality of service & work that they provide. It definitely shows with how my car has been repaired and returned to me. Thank you.

   I can't recommend Glasgow Audi bodyshop highly enough. The work carried out was of the highest standard and the customer service throughout the process was outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Dave managed my warranty work with professionalism, honesty and transparency and Shirley kept me updated constantly about what was going on. Iain drives his team to produce the highest standard of work and it really shows in the pride they have.
