The lads here went above and beyond. Super friendly, honest and really took the time to make sure everything was sorted properly. Hard to find a garage you can trust, but these are definitely one of them!
Terrific service every time, Always provide the facts and are honest when it comes to what repairs are required and the pricing. They also tend to get it done in a very reasonable timeframe.
Staff are patronising and lazy. Accepted a job they couldn't even be bothered troubleshooting. Told me it took too much time and nothing was wrong. When I demonstrated what was wrong in person, despite having explained when I handed it in and over the phone multiple times, the owner started mansplaining and gaslighting. Completely ripped me off too by charging a couple of hundred more than they said it would cost.
I've been with B & S for over 20 years now. Always found them to be reliable, trustworthy, reasonably priced and extremely quick. Can't heap enough praise in these guys. Thanks for all the work done on my cars and my wife's over the years!
Used B&S for a few years now, came highly recommended by a family member. Recently been in for MOT and Service and some repairs including new front brake discs and pads. Very reasonable cost and time. Very happy with the work and the customer service. I Will be back next year for my third MOT.
