Although the work was carried out and I can’t fault that, the customer service from dashfixer was absolutely shocking. I left my car with them on a Tuesday and was advised parts had to be ordered and I would be contacted when the car was ready to be collected. I then phoned on Friday for an update and was advised the final part had arrived and the car will be ready for collection that day. I wasn’t contacted and had to get back in touch early Monday morning and was told it wasn’t intact my part that arrived but mines had just arrived and it will be ready for collection Monday and they will be in touch. Again I had to reach out on Monday afternoon to then be told it won’t be today but the parts just had to be coded it will be ready first thing tuesday. 1pm Tuesday again I had to contact to be told that they hadn’t looked at it yet due to the computer updating but it will be ready today. 4pm that day again I had to contact to be told it won’t be today but ‘we’ll try to have it ready for tomorrow’. 3pm Wednesday I hadn’t been contacted again I had to make the effort to get in touch to be told yes the car has been sitting ready and can be collected. Absolutely 0 communication from the guys and when it was collected the wait was not acknowledged and nothing offered as compensation for the hassle.
I have used these guys in the past and can only once again sing their praises. Sorted out the problem with my Golf dashboard and fixed the electric window for me. First class service, first class company. 4th time I’ve used them over the last 5 years and always had the same superb service. Keep up the good work and next time I want a shot of your Model X...lovely. Thanks again.
