   Booked a car service at short notice. Staff were very friendly, adding additional info for a question I had over squeaking brakes. Extra option to replace remote control battery very reasonable considering the BMW branding could allow a premium / rip off cost to be quoted. Would recommend, and there are shops, cafes and Morrisons restaurant in walking distance so plenty to do if you wait for the service completion.

   Absolutely horrible experience. Went on Saturday morning for booking at half 8 (mot). Work actually started at half 9 and still not finished till 11.10. When booking, they clearly said it should finish before 11. Met with a person who was rude from the start. impolite and felt ignored. Mot littered with ridiculous advisories when only a month ago, it went under a comprehensive service which did not yield any of the things mentioned. They are chancers and this is reflective in other people's experiences

   I used this garage regularly with my previous 2 cars. Suspiciously, after every service there would often appear an issue that wasn't there previously, costing me money to repair. Now my wife has taken her mini in and there appeared an issue with the windshield washer that wasn't there before. Not a complicated issue you would think but when she took it back they wanted almost £200 to fix it. We refused to pay and took it to a local garage that did it for £20. Questionable practices and fleecing the public is not a good combination. Would not recommend.

   Sales is better than service, stood at my first visit for 20 minutes before anyone spoke to me. There was one guy sitting at the service desk and didn't say anything,same guy was there at my second visit and same effect,fortunately I arrived nearer my appointment time. Will get future servicing done closer to the office and save myself a trip.service department should learn from the garage on how to interact with client.
