Check your orders!! They constantly forget stuff here in your orders so you have to drive back to collect it and they offer nothing in way of compensation
I was waiting to be served this morning and the young man Serving was talking to an older gentleman, instead of just nodding politely he intentlay listened and to my surprise gave a great reply, he also helped the genleman to his car, he came back in smiling which really touched me. He then proceded to serrve and although i didnt get him i listened as he treated the next customer with great service. Great job to the young man with longer hair, i do apologise i didnt get your name but great to see there are still people in the world who care. Amazing service
Went in for basic silicon and expanding foam. Both choices out of stock. Tried another brand. Out of stock. Very poor. Went round the corner to Screwfix, got everything off the shelf.

After nearly giving up I popped in here and a handsome big gentleman named Austin sorted me out. I had 2 units that needed to cum together and Austin was the Knight in Shining Armour who blessed them with his touch.. They both needed a different kind of Screw and that's exactly what they got, both units very satisfied by the Screws Austin gave them.. this man truly has magic fingers. I'll deffo be back in a few weeks when I need my plumbing fixed.
