Absolutely amazing service at Kirkcaldy. Rather than charging me for a whole new piece of kit, removed the broken part and replaced it. Really helpful staff and went above and beyond to help me and saved me money!

The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Some of the staff recognise me and grab my order before I even reach the counter- you can't beat that service. I don't often leave reviews, but feel like I should highlight Michael Millar and the team for making me switch from screwfix.
I recently purchased an item from the Kirkcaldy branch and was served by Jodie and Lauren, they were very friendly and helpful. They were able to recommend and show me a couple of products as I wasn't 100% sure the type of product I required for the particular job I'm doing. It's nice to be served by such cheerful members of staff, thanks for your help.
I have always had a lovely experience shopping in this store. The staff are lovely and friendly and I have always been given a very informative advice and service when visiting. The staff including Rebecca and Mike are lovely and really give the stores real atmosphere that is welcoming and makes you want to come back.
