   The guys in Kwik Fit Barrhead were so helpful ,I phoned at short notice for my Tyres and was given an appointment for I pm ,I was advised my Tyres needed replacing and was was given a very competitive price and the service was fast and efficient, The guys were so helpful especially the guy at the Desk and the Tyre fitter ,Would definitely recommend them ⭐️⭐️⭐️

   I visited Kwik Fit Barrhead on 15/07/2025 for an air conditioning recharge which I booked online and paid £72.95 for in advance, having advised them of the make, model and year of my car. Ten minutes after dropping the car off I got a phone call to advise that my car actually uses the new gas and not the old gas so the price was going to be £138. Of course I expressed surprise at this since they knew when they charged me exactly what car I had, but I was told there was no way for them to know this as my car was just on the cusp of the change from old gas to new gas! When I complained saying if I'd been given that price up front I'd have shopped around, the mechanic immediately offered to drop the price to £100, which I agreed to pay just to get the work done. This is the kind of business practice Kwik Fit have long been famous for, low introductory pricing then upselling and finding new things to do to charge you for, but I'd hoped that was a thing of the past. In effect I paid £72.95 for my gas recharge and £27.05 for the wisdom to go back to avoiding them in future.

   Excellent service popped into the Bridge St Paisley branch didn't have my tyre in stock, they advised it was available at Barrhead. Called them dropped off the tyre and it was ready for collection within 50 mins.

   Saturday 3 May 2025. I had a puncture whilst visiting friends in Barrhead. They suggested I go to the local Kwikfit. I was met by the most friendly, helpful staff who wasted no time in producing and fitting a tyre. The whole process was quick and pleasant. I am very happy to give 5 stars for outstanding service. Thank you, Val Miller Black VW Golf GTI.

   Man changed the wrong tyres on my car and he told me after I discovered it that i can come tomorrow to fix the problem as he don’t have time now for me. I Did refused and i asked him to put the set of Good old tyres which he changed by mistake on the back instead of cracked old ones which should be changed for the new ones. He wasnt happy at all as he said he was very busy, he was not as there was No one else after me in the queue. He should check my brakes and battery as it was a part of the service which I have booked online with my new tyres as You can guess he didn’t.. the job itself was done, wheels are balanced properly - if the Man would be more focused on his work and he would be more polite I would give 5 stars but he don’t it is just 3

   Needed MOT urgently and got an appointment the next day. Staff member on duty on Tuesday 27th December was helpful and friendly. MOT was started promptly at the appointed time and I received a call as promised to let me know the car was ready. Excellent service.

   I haven’t experienced the service I received from Kwik Fit BARRHEAD in many years. Friendly, Anton, Billy and Simon experienced, efficient and on the ball. My booking, I arrived on time and boy did they work as a team. In my many previous jobs I have only had one team that worked as well. If there were more like this, we as a country would be in a better condition.

   I asked about having my air con checked out as it just stopped working, he advised they don't offer this service. However i was told by another branch that the do offer this service, as a master tech comes around to do that, but i would have to wait until i get a call back to confirm when the tech availability is. Shocking that an employee doesn't know what services they offer.
