From booking in to collecting my car, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The service on my Jaguar was carried out to a very high standard, completed on time, and at a fair price. My car was returned in excellent condition and running perfectly.    **Update** 11th Sept 24 Work was completely completed and I have full functionality of the sensors and 360 camera. Thank you all. I was amazed at the distances people travelled to have their Jaguar/Land Rover repaired and serviced. It goes to show just how professional Prestige Jaguar is. I witnessed many things today, professionalism, genuine assistance and honesty. An exceptional quality missing today from major dealerships. To boot the price of my repair was much less than I expected. In summary, it's the place to go for the concerning Jaguar/Land Rover user. Kudos to you all. Excellent establishment for the discerning Jaguar/Land Rover user that doesn't want to go to the dealership. I came in for a diagnosis of faults completed very quickly. Booked back in for the repairs required. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly, kudos ladies. The good thing is that they accept Jaguar's extended warranty. More to follow on completion of the 360 camera and sensor fault. Thank you all for a wonderful experience

   Visited Prestige for the first time with our 3.5 year old LR. We were advised by a dealership that we would need to spend a couple of thousand pounds on essential maintenance such as brakes and tyres. We asked Douglas and his team to do all of the work for us as they had come highly recommended. We also explained to Douglas that we are driving down to Southern Ireland in a few weeks so we were keen to carry out any maintenance the car needed for this journey. He called us that afternoon to tell us the car was ready to collect and that it wasn’t even close to needing any of the work done that we had been strongly advised to do. Extremely honest and professional service from this company. Lovely to know there are still businesses out there who value and respect their customers. Thankyou so much guys!
