We found Alan and the team at Knox Brothers after our garage closer to home couldn't fix our car. Alan spent a good few hours trying to work out what was wrong with it and eventually found the problem. He dealt with our warranty company and kept us up to date. Car now driving as it should be. We're very grateful for his expert knowledge on diesel engines. Left knowing how to look after our car. Wish we lived closer because we'd be using Know Brothers regularly. Thanks so much again. Got my motorbike tyre replaced here, brilliant service from the team, and managed to fit me in on short notice. Also sorted out my chain which I hadn’t noticed needed done. Will definitely come back!
I came in with a car that had the air conditioning power of a dying hamster on a wheel. Seriously, I’ve had stronger gusts of wind from a mildly annoyed cat. But these garage wizards took one look at my poor blower motor and said, “Challenge accepted.” Fast forward a few hours, and BAM — I now have an arctic tundra blowing out of my vents. Penguins are applying for residency in my back seat. My sunglasses fog up when I get out of the car. The air is so cool and powerful, I half expect Donald Trump to narrate every time I turn it on. Service was fast, friendly, and didn’t cost me an organ or a soul. The mechanic even explained everything in “non-car-human” language, which I deeply appreciated (no idea what a “resistor” is but I nodded like I did). If your car’s A/C is acting like it’s on vacation, bring it here. These folks will bring the chill back — and maybe your will to live during summer traffic. Highly recommend. Bring snacks for the penguins.

Bike MOT, issue with incorrectly fitted rear tyre (different garage) Knox Bros rectified problem then conducted MOT, excellent professional service. Would recommend.
Very efficient, replaced a faulty catalyst fitted by another garage and did not charge for labour. Also obtained clutch parts in good timescale after breakdown. Well worth their approved garage status and good value. Also thanks for resetting dashboard light free of charge good to see garages where loyalty still.counts.
