   Jim at Highmains is amazing! Phoned him in a panic after my wheel cracked. Jim offered to come out to where I was to change my wheel over but I was fine to drive to the garage. My wheel was changed to my spare within minutes and he went above and beyond to ensure my tyre was okay before my drive home. Really lovely and professional service. This garage is a little gem and I’d much rather take my car somewhere local than a national chain company. Thank you so much again! x

   Took my car here to get the breaks done, I supplied the breaks and discs and he tryed to charge me £420 TO FIX THEM then when I went to collect my car, there was no lights on in my dash also the breaks didn’t work and a have nearly crashed driving my car with my children in it DONT USE THIS GARAGE

   Would highly recommend Jim and the team. Waterpump went last week and Jim came out the day I phoned, eventhough he was busy to check it. Got it to garage and fixed it quite quickly, he picked up another issue and phoned to let me know and fixed that. Speedy service and not too costly. Great customer service, and great at communicating! Recommended to friends and family and will only use him in the future!
