    Girl behind the counter won't recognise a co-op membership card. She just says this is a scotmid, not a co-op despite the sign out side saying differently. All the deals that are inside the store are on the app.

    …a shop within walking distance is at times what we really need, and it could open late (say around 9pm), even in heavy rainy nights. Thanks for the working people behind the operations for the neighbourhood.

    Every Scotmid is overpriced with a bad selection and seemingly endless out of stock items. Their prices are extremely inflated for no apparent reason all while delivering a worse service on average than any other supermarket.

    Female Member of staff assisting at self checkout extremely rude and abrupt.. customer service training would be and advantage to her. A customer in the que commented on her abrasive attitude stating that it as a disgusting way to speak to anyone

    overpriced. some staff members are really rude and who i think is the security guard seems transphobic as he referred to me and my cis male friend as "ladies" despite the cis male friend obviously being a cis male and me presenting masuculine and having a pronoun badge.
