   I was in tonight to purchase a few groceries. While standing in the queue there was 3 members of staff making pizzas, 1 serving customers at the tills,and 1 dealing with the post office side. I approached the lady at the post office side who was free, who abruptly shouted "post office only ". I had to walk back to the queue where the kind gentleman who I was standing in front off let me back in. The rudeness of the staff in this shop is unacceptable and it's not the frist time this has happened. Someone really needs to train and teach some of their workers, These are the people who are in the shop, spending money, they should be a priority and treated with respect and not let them leave angry and upset!!

   I am have various coordination problems and I walk with a walker. I had to return a parcel. Chelsea went out of her way to give me a hand ,as there were no other customers at the time. I am so grateful, she more or less packaged up the parcel and stuck on the labels I herself. I would also like to mention one or the male staff, who went through the store to fetch parcel bags. On the whole, I can’t fault the staff,and the service has always been fantastic. Thank you Cheers and happy Christmas Caroline Boswell

   Very expensive ¬ worth of money.The fruit salad in here costs around £1.20 but it just costs 55 to 65p in Tesco,lidl.There is always a huge Que & only 1 or maximum 2 tills are open for the customers.Half of the veggies/ fruits are empty always.

   Shambles of a store. Cleaning should be done before the shop is open, not someone mopping around your feet when your standing in a cue. Rolls are never ready on time, but always a saga. —————— UPDATED 15/10/2020 Was steadily getting better but when a certain member of staff is off, the breakfasts become a shambles. Breakfasts from 7am, your having a laugh.

   Very very expensive!! It's the main shop in gorebridge so would think they would lower their prices! My god their own make of brown sauce is £1.49. I can buy heniz cheaper
