   Have used this garage before and would say everything was normal. The most recent time I took my car just for a service I had paid the bill and returned to the car with the glovebox jammed shut, the rear view mirror lying at the gear selector, dirt all over the handle to adjust the seat position and the radio on and full volume when I had switched this off prior to giving the car. Disappointed to have the car back not the way I handed it in. After giving quite some business to this garage I feel it’s unacceptable to be treated like this. There has been miscommunication from Scott before which gave me doubts but I brushed that to the side thinking nothing of it but little did I know I’d have an issue like this. With several things been done to the vehicle I feel there is no excuse apart from poor etiquette. Garage loss, won’t be back.

   First time using and definitely will be the last. Car was in garage for over 8hrs owner was rude and impatient with his tone from the minute i arrived in his garage. Got new brake discs and pads fitted & new tyre. When we drove the car the next day the vibrations were so bad it felt like the wheel was coming off. So phoned first thing, explained what happened the person I spoke to was nice no issue and I suggested wheels needed balancing, however when I explained I’d need to wait with car as I couldn’t wait all day again I was told the owner would need to calls back to discuss… needless to say he hasn’t bothered. Took car to another garage who said wheel was buckled. No mention of this on Friday ??? Would add Ross and a female member of staff couldn’t have been nicer. Pity their customer service skills are not replicated by their boss.

   Took my car in for an MOT and full service including new brake pads - car was handed back to me running and as soon as I turned it off and on 4 dash warning lights were showing that weren't when it went in. Damaged abs sensor. On the 5th attempt to get this fixed I got my car back after two days with just the diagnosis - told they would call back the next day with a price, this didn't happen. A week and a half later iv called twice more for a price and nobody called back as promised. Took to another garage today as has been giving off a screeching noise since I got it back from being diagnosed and on the wheel in question there's no brake pad at all it's metal to metal and the calipers now seized, which wasn't an issue or mentioned when it was in most recently. The brake pad taken off is also rusty and "worst they have seen 10 years", so it's hard to believe that it's only a few months old.
