Where do we start with this 1. I was brought to Kwik Fit by a helpful recovery team off the M8 motorway after my car had a rear tyre blow out. Now I didnt have an appointment but it does say outside the front door no appointment needed. Front desk answered by a young guy (never caught his name) and advised about my situation on requesting a tyre replacement. He said the team may try squeeze in before close or to leave it over night and it can get done tomorrow. I explained I stay up past Perth and if anything could be done today, he said that wasn't his problem (nice). I asked if he could look at the tyre to see if it was a replacement needed or maybe a puncture repair. He was reluctant to even see the car which was less that 15-20feet away and shot me down when I tried to describe the damage/issue. Eventually he came out and said replacement but nothing he could do. Fast forward a few customers coming and going (this gets good). 2x customers came in that I actually know through the industry of our work (what are the chances) both in for tyre swaps but turned away due to stock delays (fair enough) and I looked to see if I could grab their spot but nothing...Alas! Now originally my tyre swap couldn't go ahead due to time/staff etc etc. Unless im dreaming I witnessed the young guy tell another member of staff to head off (circumstances I don't know detail of so let's give some slack). Follow-up during my 2hr wait at the garage, a random customer comes in and asks for a tyre swap (good luck mate) but he offered...CASH (cash is King) and would you believe it his tyre was swapped then and there within 20mins. Now I was planning my potential trip home via trains or recovery but my hero in waiting was about to reveal themselves and its a painful one for Maybe Fit Later. ATS called, responded and arrived into the Kwik Fit yard all within 90mins of contact and changed my tyre no more than a cars length from the front door within 20mins and I was back on the road. ATS got more attention from said young guy wondering what was going on...and im sure the words muttered under his breath within ear shot were bast.... Really confused and struggling to understand why kwik Fit never provided a service to me today as it was a company car, all approved before it was to be touched and nobody would entertain. Bare in mind I myself although very sarcastic in this review was polite, patient and respectful to your team. This review reflects on 1 individual and not the wider team as I never got the opportunity to speak with them.

During a sudden rain, my car has some minor issues, which causes me much inconvenience. I really want to thank Kwik Fit for their prompt response and willingness to help. Although the issue turned out to be intermittent and couldn’t be fully fixed on the spot, the staff were very patient, professional, and went out of their way to explain the situation and offer temporary solutions so I can continue my journey. I truly appreciate their effort and helpful attitude — they deserve real praise!

Got my front wheels aligned with a local garage but they couldn't do the back wheels. Was informed by another garage that kwik fit had the latest technology so tried them and they were amazing. They showed me how all the wheels even the front ones (which I thought were fine) needed aligned with graphical printouts and emails showing before and after.. Great service, will defo use them in future rather than wasting money with a small garage that doesn't have the tools to do the job with precision technology.

Well, they are available almost daily and also have services when they would visit yours and fix your tires at your home. I used the location at Fielden and they did a quick job. Although I had to remind them to their own procedures, fitting new tires on the back axle if not a full set is replaced. Also the tolerance for the patchable tires differ from the website advertised. You can pay cash , but for some reason this is not offered on the website even highlighted they not offer it. Anyway it was up to me to decide if I want them to patch the hole or have tyres replaced. So I went with the replacement. The inflating was off a bit I had to adjust it and the wheels were left messy coloured patches. They sure do great job most of the time but imo it should be more organised and transparent about the services. Was confused a bit why I have to remind them about procedures plastered in the office, felt slightly uncomfortable too to do soo. Again, maybe this was a one time and the other appointments went well for others. Maybe next time if I’ll go there I’ll have other experience.

Was down in glasgow for the weekend from aberdeen and disaster struck ie my exhaust fell off haha tried to tape it up which of course failed so we took it here and we got Aiden Martin who couldn’t have been any nicer to take a look and help us make it back up the road. Nothing was an issue with him and didn’t take anything for it he was a genuinely good guy. Definitely recommend

This was our 1st experience with them. We urgently needed to fix our car before a long journey on saturday. Although we rushed them with limited time. They booked us in and quickly found the problem and informed us the actions they'd take. Nothing was too much trouble with them. They were friendly, professional and welcoming. Visited here a few times, staff are always friendly. Boy with blue hair checked all tyres and advised me what needed done. Will return here in the future, I usually dread garages as I feel they may take advatage of someone who isn't clued up on cars but genuinely felt like he wanted to help as much as possible. Great service.
