Wonderful team. First time car had broken down, they were very professional and knew exactly what the problem was. Fixed the car within a day after quoting 4 days so excellent speed too. Talked me through the repair, ongoing maintenance and next steps. Will be returning to them in the future.
Brought my car in because there was issues with the rear brakes and it was due it’s MOT, the guys there were amazing. Great communication, they gave me phone with all the details and a quote and had the work done really quickly. Would definitely go back and I recommend them to everyone I know. Such an amazing team over there.
Outstanding customer service from everyone at EGS automotive. My car had warning lights and within 20 mins of me dropping it off, Tom was on the phone advising exactly what was wrong (large car franchise hadn’t completed a proper service for the last two years and my air filter and oil were black) , gave me a price and I was able to collect it the same day. Tom gave me advice on what to do going forward with the car franchise and have been on hand ever since to help. Years of experience in the workshop - my new go to garage for sure.
An amazing experience. I had taken my classic/vintage BMW to a few garages. I was let down time and time again. I decided to do some research to find a garage with experience of the older BMWs. I initially spoke with Tom on the telephone who seemed to know the issues I was experiencing. I took the car a few days later and within two hours the car was fully repaired. I was over the moon. Paul was fantastic from start to finish. He was polite and courteous at all times. Thankfully I have finally found a team of competent and efficient mechanics who I have already recommended to others. A big thank you to Paul and the team at EGS Automotive.

Brilliant garage, couldn't recommend highly enough. I've only been driving and had my car for several months, so I was really glad to find EGS as they were very quick to take my car in via tow, really clear and helpful with their communication and had my car ready a day earlier than I was expecting. As some of the other reviews mentioned, going to a garage as a woman can be a little daunting but the team were great and I'm happy to have found a trustworthy local place.
Recently took my car in for MOT and service, cannot fault EGS in any way. Very friendly, efficient and great value for money. I am a nurse and was delighted to receive 10% off my total costs as an NHS discount which was really appreciated and a thoughtful gesture during these times.
