   The manager Martin and Joe were extremely helpful. They listened to my request, were fully engaged and professional. There was no hassle and I was pleased with the results, plus reasonable price and pointers.    Took my car to Kwik Fit Rutherglen for a 4-wheel alignment. No booking needed, I was seen within 20 minutes, which was great. But that’s where the positives ended. The two “technician” lassies told me the rear toe control arm bolts were seized, and that it’s a “common issue” on these cars. I was advised to replace the arms before they could do the alignment. Funny thing is, the car’s only done 50,000 miles, and the suspension isn’t rusted or worn. Just a bit of surface corrosion nothing that should prevent an alignment. I wasn’t convinced, so I took the car to another Kwik Fit branch a few days later. Nice chap aligned it with zero issues in under 30 minutes no mention of seized bolts, no drama, just got it done. So either the team at Rutherglen couldn’t be bothered, or they didn’t have the experience to do the job properly. Either way, it was a complete waste of my time. The two lassies should stay away from anything but a puncture kit.

   I got a puncture today while visiting family member in hospital. I got off the motorway and headed for nearest Kwik-Fit which was Rutherglen. I was sorted and back on the road within an hour. Super grateful for your help today. Keep up the good work guys. You’re the best. 5 stars from me ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

   Great service this evening when I got a burst tyre on the way home from work. It was after 5pm, the 2 staff members could not be more helpful. Sorted me out quick style with a new tyre. Please pass on my thanks. Will use this garage again as I appreciate good customer care.

   I have only had a first class experience here with David and his team no matter how busy they are they see you and get to your car as soon as they can even if your not booked in as I have had to do at least three or four times in the last couple months due to emergencies with my car thanks so much guys for everything great job loraine x

   I took my car to Kwik Fit Rutherglen for an oil change,left tail light change as well as a battery change on the 17th of December for an 18th of December 2022 appointment. My car slept overnight and still on Sunday it was still not fixed and the excuse they gave was that they where down by one staff (one of their staff member did not turn up). They called me to come carry my car later on sunday the 18/12/2022 @ about midday as they could not proceed with the repairs due to staff shortage. They again gave me a new date to fix my car. Thursday 22nd December 2022. I left my car at their garage still overnight 22nd all day and 23rd upto 1pm and it was not fixed. I explained to them that I really would need this car to travel down south for Christmas and work and it was really important to me that this car was fixed in due time. The car was never fixed. The customer service as well was very very poor. Very poor communication skills and inability to manage pressure with sublime rudeness to it. 'I am trying so hard not to say racist .' I finally took my car very disappointed and drove down to Poole Dorset England where I serviced the car at another kwik Fit outlet in Bournemouth. All in all, my car only stayed in the garage for 2hrs. Please my honest appeal to anyone, who needs an Urgent reliable repair is to avoid kwik Fit Rutherglen if your heart can not deal with disappointments.
