   Forgot to put cap on oil in engine bay after service. 5 weeks later noticed it, engine was covered in oil and pretty much never offered much help. Said they would have filled it up with oil if we brought it in but when noticed it I wasn't driving it till I filled it up because if the engine seized up I would have lost a fortune. All I wanted was for them to clean the engine but offered to give us a number for someone which again we would have to pay for!! Seems very incompetent to forget something so important.

   Had our car MOT'd here today, upon drop off Ann-Marie advised my car would be taken early and that she would give me a call in around an hour to advise the outcome of the MOT - this is exactly what happened! I was very impressed as other garages i've taken cars to you drop them off at 8AM and hear nothing till lunchtime at best on whether it passed or failed! MOT cost was very competitive and staff very friendly and professional. I am happy to recommend this garage! Great customer service.

   These guys are excellent I have dealt with them for years, never had an issue. They are a trustworthy company, I had a nail in my tyre once and the guy was honest enough to show me that it had not went all the way through. After this I havent went anywhere else!
