Great saturday pre match experience plenty of stock, helpful friendly staff, shout out to Will really helpful, passionate about Watford FC.
Nicely laid out, but everything is very pricey, especially tee shirts, so usually either wait for a Xmas or end of season sale to buy.
Friendly staff, great opening hours outside matchdays. Great range of souvenirs and cloths. Nice seasonal items too.
Was really disappointed. Bought a couple of things there this afternoon. Lewis served me and did not offer me a bag, by the time I got back to the car 1 of the items was lost. You would really think for the expensive prices charged they would package the items nicely for you so you couldn't lose them within 50 yards. Found lost item down side of car seat in day light. Would still have liked to have been offered a bag to stop this.
Not a footie fan, just took Son who wanted to visit store (1st time).Not overly big so quite a limited selection of merch. 2 players were doing signing on this particular day, so great opportunity for fans and especially kids to meet players. Worth a visit, but forget parking nearby, recommend use Church Car Park, then 6-7 minute walk to Shop/Stadium.

My sister from Cyprus ordered a football shirt for my daughters birthday. It was supposed to say her name with age 6... it said 5... her birthday was the beginning of this week... the shirt came early the week before... I tried to call the shop they said I had to email. I emailed... I sent the shirt back via Royal mail which was a palvar in itself.. this was collected in Saturday. Its now another week later and we've heard nothing back. Firstly, since it was a an error on their part a new shirt with the correct name and age should have been sent out straight away. My sister is now trying to deal with this from Cyprus and has had no contact or resolve for this situation....
