   My wife and I would like to thank Holly for all her help when our car hit a pothole and we found out that our breakdown company would not cover us. We had booked our car in to Cambuslang to have a new tyre fitted but we had no way to get it there. Holly went out of her way to provide us with a telephone number for a Recovery Company - North 2 South Recovery. She was very caring and lovely to deal with. Thanks again Holly.

   Very disappointing experience! I booked a free health check with this Kwik Fit centre, but it was a complete waste of time. Nobody actually checked my car — they just handed it back saying everything was fine. I clearly mentioned that there was a noise coming from the back near the boot, and even demonstrated it by pressing down on the boot where the sound was obvious. Yet they insisted there was “no noise.” It’s clear they don’t bother to check cars properly when it’s a free service. Very unprofessional and careless attitude. I won’t be coming back to this branch and definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

   You would benefit from more comfortable chairs in the waiting area. The staff who served me were friendly, didn't push sales for premium products although I was offered additional services which my budget did not stretch to at the time. The manager said that was fine, but he would be happy to see me again. I popped back a few days later as my tyre pressure gauge lit up on my dashboard. I was booked in for a couple of days after that and my car was given a tyre check and I was told that my car was safe to drive. The car was due a service so we thought the dashboard light may have been a glitch. I saw on one of my visits, tyres bring delivered by taxi. I thought that was unusual, perhaps a nearby branch had tyres to hand that Cambuslang didn't and they were helping a customer out. Overall, I was happy and would return in the future.
