   They are charging £2 for cashback as a 'service fee' because their ATM is broken.... That £2 definitely isn't going to the bank or the ATM company..... It's a standard convinience store it stinks of fags and smoke because the owner /employees either smoke right in the doorway or in the back so the whole shop stinks but they 100% charge whatever they choose at the till, if you buy something priced at £1 expect them to add 50p to the card machine or they won't tell you the end price so that you just tap your card As others have said they also charge you money for free services like yodel returns and sending

   The owner is a complete fraudster, a total scammer willing to steal money from customers. I went today to drop off a parcel as instructed by Yodel. It's been already fully paid, and Yodel said the label would be printed at the shop (included in the price). The shop owner cheekily told me I had to pay 50 pence per label. I told him Yodel said it was free and he said no, you need to pay. I left the shop, and called Yodel. They confirmed what the shop owner is doing is ILLEGAL. To start with, the printer and labels are Yodel's, not the shop owner so he cannot charge for the labels. Secondly, even so, the label has been already paid when booking the service with Yodel. Yodel then gave me another address in Livingston, another shop 5 mins away and no problems there at all. To the shop owner: not only I'm submitting a formal complaint against you to Yodel, but I'm also contacting Usave and more importantly, Trading Standards so they may be aware that you're commiting fraud to get money from naive customers, and take the necessary actions to stop you. You're a disgrace, sir.

   I had several issues with this shop, particularly with the owner and the owner's son's attitude. However, today's experience was particularly unacceptable and goes against the law. I went in to drop off a Yodel parcel, and they tried to charge me 50p to print the label, which is typically provided for free at other locations since both the label and the printer are supplied by Yodel. Considering that one roll of labels usually contains 200-250 labels, it's concerning to calculate the profit they're attempting to make from a service that should be complimentary. I've already reached out to Yodel to inform them of this situation.

   Definitely friendly staff but they are adding more to the prices they charge for their goods. Bought a ready meal at £1.89 but when I checked my bank statement when I got home it said £1.98.This is against the law. Trading standards should be involved.
