Went to livingston branch, NEVER again, did my shop only to be told they didn't have an in store home delivery. But I can do it online..I won't be back

Absolutely shocked nsand appalled at the attitude off Daniel (duty manager ) on Friday my delivery was meant to be here between 2.30 pm and 4.30pm never showed so I called customer care and spoken to a nice gentleman on the phone to then get transferred to Daniel I suffer from PTSD and ADHD when I speak maybe sound like am shouting was expressing that was now left with no means to feed my children told him on the phone that was raising a complaint and his exact words was "go for it " I raised a complaint with head office to get his area manager Scott to get in touch as wasn't happy . I then called today to speak to Josh (store manager) explained what happened and several times I told him that he can listen to the calls that they are recorded he wasn't interested what so ever must be best friends LOL told me that area manager Scott doesn't entertain phoning customers when I'm a manager myself I know that's a load of rubbish he addressed me as "mate" over 5 times on the call telling me that I'll be recieving a letter as I'm banned ... Told him to listen to the phone call he said in a smart way that calls aren't recorded which will be the first establishment that doesn't record calls that I know off basically made allegations that I've threatened member of staff Daniel covering for his friend obviously I've shopped with use for over 13 years never experienced such a circus in my life for two members of senior staff to act that way is a disgrace to Iceland still not heard from Scott yet but he going to newspapers regarding this store regardless of the outcome now
Lovely big, bright store with lots of room to get around the aisles easily. Fantastic selection of items at very good prices. Will be back.
Great if your buying in bulk. Not so good for a couple on minimal money

It's addictive, approach with caution! Love this store, the Livingston one. Staff are amazing, the nicest store staff in Scotland. The selection is just wow. We went in for bread and left with two big bags of food that was surprisingly cheap. Weren't expecting much in quality but have to say we've been well happy with everything we've tried so far. Definitely recommend trying here, you'll make it part of your shopping routine, I know you will.
Nice well presented shop. Helpful staff and I got a 10%discount being over 60. Plenty of parking right outside.
