   Ordered a meal which never came. Man was very rude on the phone. Told us our order was delivered when it never came. By reading the other reviews I seem to have dodged a bullet. QI had absolutely no friends round when this was delivered, just myself and my daughter so who was it given too, a random stranger if delivered at all. I also have CCTV which shows no delivery.

   Absolutely shocking ordered food at 1:05 and was told it would be an hour 10 mins (fair enough) then when it got to the time I phoned and got told it was out for delivery. The after 30 mins of waiting it never came so we called again and got told it was delivered, clearly it hadn’t been but checked my door to be sure and called to say it definitely hadn’t been, guy on phone was argumentative and unsympathetic and just went on and on instead of calling the driver to ask where it was or giving us another order. Like do you really think I’m a fatty wanting free food, don’t recommend.

   Ordered for here and very disappointed by the food quality. Pannis arrived on stale bread and only 3 small bits of chicken I would not count as a filling. Juice that was ordered was replaced with a cheep knock off multi pack can. Had phoned then to raise my concern and they agreed to refund the order. Still haven't received it back.. When going inside the shop having a look round this place should be shut down. Thanks for the refund cafe 13 NOT... Expect a visit from food hygiene.

   very odd place. we went here as we seen on google that they do panini and chips and also thought we’d be able to sit in, however we got there and it was just a takeaway. there were 2 tables but one was occupied by the cashiers friend who had his feet up on one of the 3 chairs. the other table was filthy and we were being watched by the man with his feet up, so when we eventually got our order we went to eat in the car which is not ideal in this weather. the place also absolutely stunk of b.o, not a place for eating. as for actually ordering, there were no menus and no prices, we only knew what to order as we’d looking online beforehand. the cabinet with the cakes in, as well as the ice cream freezer and the drinks fridge were just so grimy, we just opted for irn brus. the cashier whispered the total while not even looking at us, so we only knew how much we were paying once it came up on the card reader. food came in a decent time but was pretty average. good portion of chips but just tasted like what you might get at a funfair, got so sick of them after a while. the panini had a good amount of cheese as well, but only a sliver of ham so not great there, and tasted pretty average.

   Why staff don't inform the driver about order payment status? Weird situation. I paid online by card and the driver tried to convince me that I didn't pay. If I did it, I would loss another 15.50. Stressful situation.

   Incredibly well priced and fast delivery for such good food. The tower burger is simply amazing and I usually am not a fan of chicken burgers at all. 10/10 and will definitely be ordering from here again regularly.

   Super glad this cafe has opened again under new management. Place looked clean and brighter. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I got a full English for £5.50, which was very reasonable and the coffee was a great tasting coffee of high quality. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and will be returning.
