Server Luke on tills was incredibly moody, rude and had just awful customer service, this is the basic skill for a customer facing job and he doesn’t have it
Excellent selection of hot food both at breakfast and lunch choices.. Chicken chunks have been sent from heaven and kissed by the lil baby jesus.
Today the customer service assistant that served me in Scotmid Nigel Rise was rude and disrespectful. I felt it was necessary to call out this type of inappropriate behaviour from the till assistant. However, this does not reflect the general attitude of staff who work at this particular Scotmid store. This is why I’ve given it 3 stars.

Expensive for a local convenience shop, strategically placed in communities rich and poor. Where basic nutritional food fruits and vegetables are often too expensive for those on low budgets. Asian corner shops notorious for high prices are even cheaper for products over priced here. Mainly the daily and weekly essentials. Junk food with high fat and sugar, sweets to mechanically reclaimed meat, the cheapest ingredients, will always be on low price offers here.
The staff are very helpful and friendly and if you can not find any thing they get it for you.
