   Have been a regular to this branch since August of 2023 since it's the closest to my home and all the staff members I interacted with in the past were super nice. Until... Today... Went to have my usual weekly shopping done but after using the self-checkout I realised I forgot to buy something and thus I've asked the short lady there with short black hair if it was okay to just go back with my trolley and my shopping to pick-up what I forgot to buy to which she looked at me from head to toes with this condescending look on her face and with a tone of disdain she said "uh uh". Dear management, if the people you hired don't naturally know how to serve the public that provides their salary, in a friendly manner, at the very least try to educate them please. No one wants to feel uncomfortable doing something regular such as shopping. Thank you.

   I've shopped at this Aldi for approximately 1 year and never had an issue with the service nor the stock choice. Any problems with produce going off too quickly Aldi customer service online support me fine. One thing I will also say is the disabled toilet and baby changing facilities are super clean, I was pleasantly surprised. Compared to Lidl up the road whose facilities are definitely not the nicest I was happy to use them! The staff are always friendly and helpful.

   Everyone loves Aldi. A great store with reasonably priced products. Lots of fresh produce. Discounted goods every now and then. Fantastic customer service. The staff are so diligent yet friendly and very helpful. Great parking access and wheel chair accessibility. They also have great plan of spicing things from time to time. Very neat and accessible toilets.

   Every time I have visited this store, I have experienced bad customer service at the checkout. Store. Aldi Broxburn Visited Saturday March 18th around 8:45pm. Girl serving us on the till was roughly handling our food and purchases. Virtually throwing the items down towards our bag, she was really rude when asking if we needed a receipt. Her face was really menacing ,when staring at us. It wasn't good, four of us all witnessed this. She then quickly rushed off filling up the shelves she had left. I know the conditions staff work under but don't push this onto the customers. Manager if your reading this... Till number 6156 777/110/001/022 time 20:47. She had been rude to the customer before us. She kept him waiting at the till, after he walked down the aisle for help. He was waiting there for 5 minutes. Visited Lidl Brixburn straight after and the customer service was really good , cashier was very pleasant. I live local and had good experiences at Aldi in other areasbut not at this store
