   Have been a regular to this branch since August of 2023 since it's the closest to my home and all the staff members I interacted with in the past were super nice. Until... Today... Went to have my usual weekly shopping done but after using the self-checkout I realised I forgot to buy something and thus I've asked the short lady there with short black hair if it was okay to just go back with my trolley and my shopping to pick-up what I forgot to buy to which she looked at me from head to toes with this condescending look on her face and with a tone of disdain she said "uh uh". Dear management, if the people you hired don't naturally know how to serve the public that provides their salary, in a friendly manner, at the very least try to educate them please. No one wants to feel uncomfortable doing something regular such as shopping. Thank you.

   I've shopped at this Aldi for approximately 1 year and never had an issue with the service nor the stock choice. Any problems with produce going off too quickly Aldi customer service online support me fine. One thing I will also say is the disabled toilet and baby changing facilities are super clean, I was pleasantly surprised. Compared to Lidl up the road whose facilities are definitely not the nicest I was happy to use them! The staff are always friendly and helpful.

   Everyone loves Aldi. A great store with reasonably priced products. Lots of fresh produce. Discounted goods every now and then. Fantastic customer service. The staff are so diligent yet friendly and very helpful. Great parking access and wheel chair accessibility. They also have great plan of spicing things from time to time. Very neat and accessible toilets.

   Great store. Very big. Well stocked usually. Will likely find everything you went in for. Competitive prices. Satisfied customer. Have to say the staff are always very friendly and on the ball. Nice and chatty, polite and helpful. Always busy and never seen them just standing around blethering. Always working hard and seem to be happy which says a lot for the environment too. They should be given a big Christmas bonus for being great at their jobs.

   Well laid out,spacious,can easily get a wheel chair and trolley around. We'll laid out one way parking facility with plenty of disabled and child and parent spacies. Usually We'll stocked and friendly and helpful staff. All in all a pleasant place to shop.
