Had an issue with a tyre. Had no spare so had to leave the vehicle on the jack road side. The staff arranged for a new tyre to be fitted allowing me to get back and move the vehicle really quickly. Appreciate their efforts. Thanks
Brilliant Service from Alan at the front desk. Had an emergency wiper blade alignment issue in heavy rain causing dangerous driving conditions. Stopped by Incle St branch were Alan dealt with the issue promptly and he had me on my way safely. Highly recommended. Thanks again.
Went there as an emergency stop after my breaks started sticking whilst on the motorway. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating as I didn’t have an appointment. They took my car in straight away to check it. Alan was particularly helpful with explaining and showing what needed repairing. Whilst there they also looked at an existing problem the car had and fixed that as well, which I’m extremely grateful for. Would definitely recommend this branch for their great service and staff and wouldn’t hesitate to go back there in future.

Got a puncture that had just been repaired by the AA so was looking for a permanent repair or replacement. The member of staff that dealt with me fitted me in to their schedule, quoted for the repair then proceeded to do the work. I was in and out within 30 minutes, and the work needed was as quoted. In addition, they checked and reset all my tyres and gave me a free report and video of the work (nothing needed, all fine). Excellent service and very welcoming staff.
My car was booked in for rear brake pads and discs on my golf, Alan and the team at Incle Street Kwik-Fit where excellent kept me updated throughout the whole process answered all questions for me. Recently had tyres fitted and a couple of weeks later heard a noise. Phoned and told me to take in immediately. Dealt with Alan and he did multiples checks, made slight changes but throughly checked and advised it may be shock absorber. He also noticed an oil leak and little oil even though recently had a service elsewhere. I will take the car back to where it got serviced to get them to fix the issues but can’t believe how thorough he was and never charged me for it. Fantastic service - went the extra mile. booking online and pre-paying then just dropping off the car, taking a wee walk to pass the time, picking it up and going home.... very relaxing way to go about things. The staff were friendly and informative, there estimate of the time it would take was spot on as well.
Booked fitting online dropped off my van.Had a problem with my locking wheel nut but not a problem for the staff all lock nuts removed new nuts ordered staff went above and beyond to help would highly recommend never had such good customer service in all my years of motoring. Just visited your store with my car as I have a check tyre pressure warning,I asked the guy who came over to me if I could have the checked. My blue badge was on display and he could clearly see I was on oxygen, his cheeky reply was put your car in the disabled bay and somebody will get to you in about an hour! Really Great service guys, NOT! Had to give one star as there's nothing lower..
