Every time I need to shop here I get a headache. Its disorganised. Products all over the place .never seen morrisons this unorganised. Some staff are nice and polite others not so..careful when buying fruits and berries as there might be some rotten ones
Went today Saturday 6/12/25 to swap a ornamental globe as the one I bought had a bolt missing, the 2 that was still on the shop floor also had bolts missing, I told them I want to keep it and that my Husband might be able to mend it and was is it possible to get a bit of discount on it, was told no, they couldn't sell it as it was a danger they wanted it back, I told them I was keeping it as I had paid for it, it wasn't a big deal about the discount, she was insisting that I hand it back for a refund, I walked away with my broken globe, to then hear the short haired blonde on the lottery counter and what must have been a stand in manager start bitching about me, so unprofessional and obviously no training in people or consumer skills, absolutely disgusted with their lack of help and professionalism. Get your act together Morrisons.
I popped in to this branch of Morrison's today and left without buying anything. Thank god, I visited the Gent's toilets before I had purchased any food items. The toilets were filthy and disgusting! Urine was present on the floor in the area around the urinals. There was a considerable amount of grey dust which with moisture in the atmosphere had turned to grime on the sanitary wear. One man commented that he was unable to use the lavatories in any of the cubicles. A washbasin was full of dirty water presumably because it could not drain away properly. If Morrison's cannot keep a toilet facility in its store clean then I think there is a question as to whether they can maintain proper food hygiene practices. I noticed that the store looked very gloomy. Morrison's has turned off rows of its strip lights - making it hard to inspect cleanliness and quality of fresh produce. The Late Sir Ken Morrison would turn in his grave!
Morrisons now has recycling for vapes, print cartridges, coffee pods, soft plastic and batteries.
Stopped by security guard. Made to empty out my groceries on a filthy counter. Where there was amongst other things what I hope was a puddle of tea. It was very bizarre/disgusting. Should also note I'm a middle aged man was smartly dressed and hadn't taken a thing
Parking Spaces are always readily available, & vehicle safety is maintained by CCTV & employees, the store is easily accessible for wheelchairs etc, & the store layout is also kept in an easily navigated & safe configuration... The store is always well stocked with a generous variety of different products & produce, the staff are friendly, reliable, & knowledgeable about products & prices, & will happily help if asked. The prices are competitive & are always changing to keep them as low as they can, & the opening hours are convenient for many different schedules..
I took my daughters to the cafe for lunch one day and when we were waiting I told them that the seating area was covered with flies, I asked if we could get fly spray and we’re told No!! Because of the food?? But no one was going to eat with flies everywhere anyway so what was the point?? The food came and the flies were flying around our faces and then started landing on our plates and the table. I got a staff member to come and see it. We didn’t eat anything after that so I asked for a refund and was told no they couldn’t because there wasn’t anything wrong with the food so no!! I got the manager to come and see it he went away and got me a £5 gift card for the store, we spent £22 and didn’t even eat 1 chip between 4 of us. Disgusting behaviour from staff and management and no customer experience obviously. They shouldn’t have brought the food out to us when they knew what was happening.
Another Great Morrisons. It's huge and have all kinds of items of your day to day use. However they should add Indian chapattis in Frozen item section.
The best place to purchase the items.. I have visited many stores comparing with prices it is far better I usually go here alternate days to buy the daily needs.. only missing Indian vegetables however happy to shopping
