Absolutely amazing staff. I have always had a fear of going to the dentist and my dentist was soo tentative and careing towards myself and my personal needs. Would recommend to anyone who has any kind of issues going to the dentist. Special shout out to Sarina my dentist and Tracy on the front of house staff.
Best dentist I’ve been at and I have been to several all over Scotland . Welcoming to people of all races speaks volumes but what is even better are the staff from reception to doctors and surgeons . Really impressed .
Within 24hrs of calling to see if I could register I was booked in for a check up and saw the hygienist the same day! This was down to good luck and good timing and probably isn't to be expected as the norm. However all staff were warm and friendly, I felt completely at ease and experienced a high level of care and consideration. Highly recommend, especially to anyone who is afraid of the dentist. You are in good hands here.
For the first time in my life, I'm looking forward to going to the dentist, and it's all thanks to the crew of Oak Tree dental Kilsyth. You can tell the people who work there seem to like their jobs, which makes this dental practice a one-of-a-kind in my eyes since it affects how kind and affectionate they are to their patients. Never have I gone to the dentist and been approached with such a respectful professionalism. The receptionist seemed genuinely sympathetic and made everyone feel seen and heard, even when 10 new people walked in and the telephone started ringing off it's handle, she remained calm and idle. She helped me get an appointment quickly to help with my dental pain, by tracking opportunities for cancellations, which really surprised and moved me since I'd just come from an other practise which couldn't offer availability until next year. My dentist was Sarina, and I can not praise her high enough. She and the nurse made a marvellous job to make me feel comfortable and provided all treatments as options (not commands – which is a first for me when it comes to the dentist), and provided the information and financial costs in a clear concise way. I figured my postponed visit to the dentist would cost me a fortune, but was happily surprised when the first visit with the check-up and temporary fix didn't cost more than a coffee at Starbucks. Sarina explained the procedure for my next appointment and it's financial expectations, which again I had expected to be hundred-times worse. I honestly couldn't be happier with the treatment and feel completely safe in their capable hands.
Initially registered with Oak Tree Dental for some private dental work and planned on staying registered with my previous dentist at another clinic. However, the service and level of care at Oak Tree Dental is outstanding and have now registered with them permanently. I cannot fault any of the staff. Reception, Dr Rico, Hygienist and Dental Nurses all friendly, approachable and go above and beyond. My confidence has been restored with the Emax veneers correction work! Can’t wait to visit the team again at my next check up!
Wow I'm in stock...I have been coming to this practice for years waited months for an appointment got there and was greeted with one of the most condescending dentists I have every met in my life someone so arrogant, his attitude was unreal .
Can't get an appointment. To many different dentist noone stay always leaving. Told different treats when you go. Reception staff friendly
I am writing to inform you how upset and angry I am at the lack of care by your organisation and your failure to provide proper treatment after my bridge fell out numerous times due to not being properly fitted back. Also your locum did nothing saying she had no temporary material and yet I clearly heard that Rico had sent it down!!!! Absolutely appalling. I have been a patient of Oaktree for 25 years and never have I encountered such malpractice and incompetence. I will be taking this matter further and you will be hearing from the Ombudsman as you are refusing to treat a problem caused by your dentist. I sm left with a hole in my bridge where infection can get in which is outrageous and my partner is a witness to all of this. I will also be posting this on social media. I was never informed Rico had sold the practice and was only taking private patients which is also wrong. I would nevercset foot back in that second rate place EVER!!!!! Really nice practice that managed to get me in for an emergency appointment on the day. Treatment and issue was explained and the dentist and her assistant couldn’t have been any nicer.
