I’ve had a great experience with VKS Rackets for both tennis and badminton restringing. They actually take the time to ask how I play and then recommend the right string and tension, which makes a real difference on court. The quality of the restringing is consistently excellent, turnaround is quick, and the rackets always feel spot on when I get them back. Had an awesome experience at VKS Sports! The staff were super patient while my son tried on a bunch of helmets — not once did they seem irritated. Outstanding experience, the owner was incredibly patient, friendly and obliging. Following my initial enquiry i received several images of the exact bat i would receive, this was on a Sunday evening…the bat was here before lunchtime on Tuesday. I have had one of the best shopping experiences as far as purchasing bats online with VKS. Vinay is one of the most polite and customer centric store owner I have come across. He listens to your needs and provides the best recommendation based on his years of experience. One thing that I would like point out is the selection that bat makers send to VKS is next level and that’s likely got to do with years of building strong relationship with them. Be it big bat makers like GN or SS, or boutique makes like Salix or Chase- only their best selection lands at VKS. I am a happy customer and would gladly recommend them!

Great store for sports fans especially for cricket admirers. Sales staff are very polite and eager to understand customer need and ensure appropriate kits are sold that fits well and satisfy customer need. On my last visit, a staff spent 15 min to show different products and let my daughter try 6 different wrist bands to get one. I was not sure which product would go well for her, but finally got the one which looks well, and fits nice. Will revisit surely and recommend this store.
Visited here to get a cricket kit for my son. Staff very helpful and welcoming. They helped us get the correct sized helmet and bat to ensure he was protected when playing. They have a selection of bats, balls and equipment to fit all budgets. They sell the top brands in cricket as well. All the items we bought were top quality and we have purchased another bay online which was delivered swiftly and arrived well packaged. Will be going back here to get future cricket related purchases as my child requires them.
