   Absolute-Snow Absolute-Heros My girlfriend bought skis from another shop and on the Friday they were meant to arrive had not even hit the workshop yet and couldn't be guaranteed to be with us before we leave on the trip the following Thursday. So we cancelled that order and called Absolute-Snow as the only place we could find with stock of the size and a potential workshop turnaround. The lady on the phone spoke to the workshop and said if we ordered that morning they could get them drilled, mounted and shipped that day (Friday). Which we did and they did, and skis arrived Monday! Fantastic service from an SOS (Save Our Skitrip) call.

   I originally ordered 2 rolling suitcases earlier this year and was very impressed with the communication from AS re confirmation, dispatch and delivery. Recently I discovered a problem with one of the cases and as it was under warranty I contacted them. They dealt with it quickly and efficiently and again with great communication. I think this is the best customer services department I've ever dealt with!

   With Absolute-Snow, I have had the worst experience I’ve ever had with a seller. Never trust this company, and never buy anything from them. When placing an order, I made a mistake in the address, realized it immediately, and contacted them via the contact form on their website. Despite this, they eventually sent the order to the wrong address, either ignoring my message or experiencing problems with their system. I then contacted them through another channel (this time by email) and received a very offensive response suggesting that I was lying about having contacted them earlier.

   Fantastic store with incredible customer service. On a recent trip I damaged (my fault) the tent I purchased from them last year. The team were amazing in helping me to fix the tent with spares sent out the same day. Really grateful for their fantastic service and support.

   Really great business!! Have made a few purchases from Absolute Snow and couldn’t be happier, the products are really well priced, super quick delivery (has been next day every order I placed). Have contacted the team once before to ask for advice and they were really helpful and also had to return an item (my bad, I read the description wrong) but also meant I was able to use the really simple returns system they have, everything is so simple and quick! Keep it up guys! Never had an issue with the products I have bought from here either :)

   I currently live in Israel, the delivery speed is unbelievable. Wonderful customer service kept me updated on every step. I actually wrote an email asking them to hurry up the delivery as I have an upcoming holiday in 3 weeks. Delivery estimate is 4 days. Not the first time buying there, definitely not my last.    Absolutely brilliant shop! Have used this for years for all of my snow attire, my boarding hardware anything I need this is my go to. You will be hard pressed to find something you want that they don't stock. Fast delivery, never had a problem. Deserve more than 5 stars.

   I think this is the best service I've ever had with an online purchase! I ordered some climbing gear for a Xmas present so I was a bit worried about the timing, as Xmas is next weekend and Royal Mail and Parcel Force are both experiencing strikes. I placed the order on Saturday evening, choosing the fastest delivery option, but didn't expect the order to be picked up until Monday. But I had two update messages from Absolute Snow on Sunday and another on Monday and the goods arrived on Tuesday. Really amazing service! The price was the lowest too, among several suppliers that I compared for the same items.
