   Exorbitant postage for a small item in a Jiffy bag. Still awaiting delivery 4 days after ordering. When I enquired what the charge was for (as it clearly wasn’t for 1st Class post) I got a litany of excuses (packaging, manpower etc). My advice would be to avoid and shop elsewhere that actually cares about customer service.
