   They didn't have the specific item I was looking for today - this is purely to praise the staff. First member was attentive and went to fetch someone else when she didn't know what I meant - the second member didn't just check their own stock but those of nearby Morrisons as well, saving me a lot of time! Both were very helpful and friendly and the place looked incredibly tidy - all of this especially noted as it was New Year's Day.

   Am beginning to hate this store, pop in after work and the alarm goes coming in, then traps me in self checkout alarm goes as I push through, but nobody around. Then leave store...alarm again...come back in...alarm....repeat to find someone...more alarms, then I leave. Absolute joke. Last time I was in alarms went too, I waited and then I got called in to get my bag searched. They were very rude. Sort your business out - I've never known anything like it!!!

   And please, someone do something about that middle-aged Indian woman at the self-checkout. It's awful having to interact with her. Always giving me dirty looks and very challenging, but when I have to ask her for a bag, she'll put a lot to effort to don't look at me. I feel like I'm back in high school, only these people are old enough to behave.

   Normally, the cashier with glasses and braids at the self-checkout is very rude when you ask for a bag or help with the machine. However, today she spoke to me directly for the first time, with a smile, just to ask me to put the shopping basket in place, when wasn't nobody else around. I don't mind to do that but it felt more like a personal vent or an attempt to assert authority than a genuine act of kindness. It's interesting to see how some employees seem to use their interactions with customers to take out the frustration they feel with their own work."

   Amazing value for money. Also, compared to some other Morrisons this is very clean and enjoyable to shop in. To me it feels exactly like shopping in Tesco but with Morrison prices. Sure, on occasion there are queues (it’s a shop, there’s queues everywhere at times) but most of the time my checkout is super smooth. Sometimes some inconsistencies between label price and what charged at the till but again, pretty minor. Also Morrisons card reward system is great- always new reward schemes keep me enthused!

   Nice location and big area as always. Nice staff as usual which I have noticed till today in all my visit to Morrison's supermarket. Bus stop in front as soon as you come out of the supermarket area. Some of the things are really cheaper compared to other supermarkets.

   I went over to the cash machine last night just before the store closes and there was not one light on in the car park and it was pitch black. The street lights on the way to the shop were also off . It’s not great , if they have a cash line then the lights should stay on. It’s not safe. Cafe;;; Got a cooked breakfast. Meant to be a FULL English but it came it had no bacon , 1 burnt sausage and my fried egg was all slimy and under cooked. I asked the staff and I was told that it was meant to be like that and if I wanted it turned over then I had to ask for that!!! Shocking staff, ignorant and disrespectful and didn’t want to take responsibility for any of it. Won’t eat here again.

   The restaurant was not good...no staff on duty....waited 10 mins...eventually shouted Hello behind till...to be told there would be someone there soon... I am not blaming the staff, it was obvious not enough staff on...Management need to look at staffing levels as they are losing customers...I saw 6 couples walk away.. Not good for business...and this was at 12 noon..!!

   Another Great Morrisons. Quiet big and it has all categories of items as the other Morrisons. However in the world food section for frozen items, I could not find Indian parathas or chapattis.
