Worst experience ever. Store employees are clearly not trained on their own system, which resulted in my return being completely mishandled. When I asked for a simple receipt reissue to fix the issue, the situation only got worse. The store manager was unresponsive, became aggressive, and refused to help in any way. What’s even more unacceptable is that the manager refused to provide their name, seemingly to avoid being held accountable or allowing a formal complaint to be filed. This level of unprofessionalism, lack of transparency, and hostile behavior is shocking. Customers should not be treated this way—especially when the problem is caused by staff incompetence. Extremely disappointing experience. I would strongly caution others before shopping at this location.

I have always been shopping from this place with no problem. The only time I found two boxes of shoes, one without insole, one the wrong size in it, I was taken to the manager by a nice and helpful member of staff. The manager unexpectedly was so rude and thought the reason we’re asking for help is to get more discount!!! Isn’t the manager trained to ask questions to see what our problem is? What solution we are looking for? If he’s doing a long shift, or he’s tired it doesn’t justify being rude to customers. Do mystery shoppers on him to understand what I mean!

Value for money, comfort for walking and running. This pair was just 38£. The staff is also friendly.

Worst place to do the shopping. you have offer spend 200£ and get 50% off and I bring my shoes to the till and the manager told me you bring them here but you not gonna buy them. and I ask him why and he said you can buy only 5 pairs. when I ask him why and how you want me to get to this 200£ to get the promotion he start saying that it's black friday and you can't buy more then 5 pairs. overall very bad experience

The Adidas Outlet at London Designer Outlet offers a good selection of sportswear, footwear, and accessories at competitive prices. Shoppers can find discounts on past-season items, making it a worthwhile stop for brand enthusiasts. While the store carries a decent variety, some sizes and styles are limited, and certain collections feel outdated. However, the overall shopping experience remains positive, with a well-organized layout and helpful staff enhancing the visit.

Extremely poor service from a fitting room staff member yesterday evening. I cannot believe staff feels that they can get away with that sort of behaviour.

The sale was mediocre but if you look hard enough you might find a decent deal. I bought leggings, sweat top and gym bra. I spent about £45 so not to bad.

Quite a few discounts to be had here if you look hard enough. No hats in stock though when I went. Quite big and plenty of other clothing and trainers here.
