   I wish to highlight the professional care and attention given to me by my dentist Lorna Burns and her dental nurse, Heather. Sometime ago I attended Lorna for a small lump on the roof of my mouth. Due to Lorna’s clinical expertise she immediately recognised this was not a dental issue and made an immediate referral to a specialised centre where I was given a cancer diagnosis. Due to Lorna’s quick actions minimal treatment was required and I have made a full and uneventful recovery. At the time of my diagnosis Lorna liaised with my hospital consultant to ensure I received the most appropriate dental care and continues to keep a vigilant eye on my dental hygiene. The care and support given by Lorna and Heather to myself and my family is second to none.

   I made a appt with this practice 2 weeks before my appt, and I told them over the phone I needed a lot of work, I went in for my first appt in 18 years and was a previous patient and my son for years, I went in I was very nervous, as I’ve not had the best dental care recently, , I then got a call the next morning to tell me I wasn’t welcome back as I wanted a crown if possible, they told me they couldn’t meet my needs, and I was in no uncertain terms welcome ??!!!! Don’t go near this practice , they have this message when you call and it plays we will not accept violent behaviour no wonder if this is the way they treat their patients, stay clear,

   Amazing and understanding staff, though I've not been there long they have always listened to what I've had to say about where my pain is , instead of making up where my pain should be, I'd recommend them 100% to anyone who needs or wants a dentist even if it was just for a check-up , !!!

   Lorna is an amazing girl. Very reassuring, she always lets you know what she is going to next while working at your teeth. Has done amazing job at sorting mines since beginning of the year. I can't thank her enough and her assistant for all they have done.

   I have used this practise all my life, (now 60) and always been happy with the service. Seema Luthra is my current dentist and she is very polite, professional and a good laugh as well, making you feel welcome, plus with the back up of the assistants and reception provide a wonderful service. Even during pandemic they were there for me and ensured that I was looked after.

   Had two teeth out (and they were in and condition so they did amazingly with what they had to work with) under sedation as I have bad dental anxiety. Seema is amazing at being kind and calming and her assistant Kayla is lovely too :) I've only had one problem in feeling like one receptionist was too eager to hang up and get rid of me but we all have bad days! The next time I phoned the receptionist was lovely, explained things perfectly and eased my mind.
