Very positive experience. I am an extremely nervous patient and was put at ease completely at all times with no rush. Very pleased. Also, hygienist put me at ease very much too. Highly recommended.
couldn’t be happier with my experience at Cloud Dental. When I decided to get composite bonding, I was quite apprehensive and wanted to make sure I chose the right place and I definitely did! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. Dana, the treatment coordinator, was so lovely and welcoming. She’s always smiling and easy to talk to, which instantly put me at ease. I chose Adam for my composite bonding, and I’m absolutely over the moon with the results! He’s incredibly thorough and never once made me feel rushed — even when it meant working through his lunch break. His attention to detail really shows in the finished result. Arooj, my dental nurse, was also wonderful friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. Overall, I can’t recommend Cloud Dental enough. The whole team made the experience so comfortable, and I’m genuinely thrilled with my new smile!
Really nice, friendly staff that gave us great advice and arranged our next visits no problem. Exceptionally clean place that had really nice decor too. Excellent care recieved even put my daughter with high anxiety at ease.
Went for intravenous anaesthesia for tooth extraction. All went very smoothly from the pre check to the actual procedure. Friendly professional staff - very calming and reassuring, vital as I am a nervous patient. The practice itself is bright and welcoming. Would recommend.
Overall experience was great all the staff are lovely. Adam is so experienced at what he does and makes sure everything is done to perfection couldn’t recommend enough. The practice has such a welcoming homely feeling not like any dentist Ive been to before!❤️Brooke.
The younger dentist who treated me i think his name is forrest left me in pain for months left a sharp peice of filling piercing my gum that never healed until I got an ex Ray from another dentist and they found the problem he also grinded down my filling and removed all the enamel i could eat or drink properly for months couldn't even breath cold air also he never changed his gloves from previous patient i asked to get treatment from the older dentist as I didn't want to use the butcher again the rude receptionist is an absolute nightmare to deal with would never use this place again worse experience of my life
Mr Collins is an absolutely fantastic dentist and gentleman. He has made me feel comfortable and relaxed enough for every dental appointment for the last 25 years. I can not praise this man as much as I feel. Thank you x
