I go here to post things and sometimes buy small items. A few weeks ago I never received a yodel receipt when posting 3 things (gave over 3 parcels receipt only showed 2 items) and I subsequently lost the item and the money for it through vinted as it was never marked as dispatched and I had no proof. Today I posted one thing but was not given a receipt. I asked for the item back or a receipt. The man, who I think was the owner or similar, said you can't take it back and when I explained why I was worried he smirked & laughed condescendingly. Then basically called me a liar. Treated me like an idiot when I was being 100% honest. He even told me not to return when I got annoyed about his behaviour. You should be ashamed treating a customer like that, I won't be back.

It's down on the Amazon app as a Parcel Return location, but when you go there they say it's nothing to do with them and that you need to contact Amazon directly. Very unhelpful indeed.

Still the same wee shop that has bits n bobs. Sells CBD Vape proper CBD, also they sell Takis crisps which are hard to find in any other shops around the area. The staff are nice and it's a respected shop in the area. It is tiny shop you can't go in with wheelchair but they can assist you.

I had just moved here took me 2 weeks to no there was a shop closer than coop I don't think it's hard to find it's just a bit puzzling as there's 2entrances onto tweed drive think there prices very reasonable and since covid the owners and staff have been amazing doing deliveries masks anything that's possible that they can help they will try there best to help I love this wee shop xc
