Israel and Adrian are really knowledgeable about racket sports and the equipment. True professionals. They were also extremely friendly and we had a lovely conversation whilst I waited for racket restringing. Thank you !
Had to order a badminton stringing machine from here and Israel couldn’t have been more efficient and helpful. The advice given was brilliant and thorough and he was really responsive to questions. If they weren’t so far away I would have definitely taken them up on their offer of 2 hours tuition to learn how to use the machine.

We were looking to purchase a stringing machine for our shop and came across Gefen Sports. Gefen's stringing service is unbeatable and their customer service is much the same. Have used their services 3 times in the past month and been blown away by the speed of restringing as well as how responsive and proactive they are in dealing with any queries I have. Great value on other products too and I am saving money buying tennis balls here.
