   Had a browse around the store . Saw some leggings that I liked , I wasn’t too sure if they would fit so i decided to try them on with assistance from my partner. From the outside of the cubicle little to two minutes Into trying we heard two workers say “ there’s two people on there what are they doing “ waiting outside the cubicle antagonising us . Horrible management will not be stepping foot on there again !

   The girls are following me all over the store. I want to buy a few things, and I just forgot everything because they were following me. When I wanted to go anywhere, they blocked me. And when it was time to pay, having bills to give me back, they just gave me a bunch of coins and were in a defensive tone. I don't recommend this store at all.

   Lady who helped me ordering the stuff on her tablet was very polite and very helpful. Man on the till was rushed and wasn't eager to answer my questions and thought all questions were answered and like I wasn't really entitled to ask any more questions as customer. Man came across little rude and basic customer service not met . Shortage of staff sighted .

   The moment I stepped in the store a worker came to see if I need any help, I've never seen a store have so many workers, all ready to help, when they didn't have something I was looking for they ordered it in, really great selection. Everything you'll need. Definitely recommend

   TERRIBLE!!! This place has the most unpleasant, unfriendly staff I have ever come across. Nobody is happy to help, it's actually a pretty intimidating environment. Avoid!!!

   Would not allow me to exchange shoes for a smaller size. I tried them on once at home and realised they were too big, but when I went to return it they said they couldn't put them back on the shelf. That it was "store policy". Never mind the fact that people try the shoes on in-store too, so obviously there will be evidence from previous wears. Won't be returning.

   Just bought fila shoes yesterday, I didnt have the chance to open the box because I had to go work, so the box was in my car. When I went home at 1am I just open the box to see how it was. It wasn't in a good condition the bottoms were dirty and there were scratches. I just bought in to tell them the lady served me yesterday said to me "you worn them" which I havent, so she can't do anything about it. I can't even give the shoes back as I haven't even worn them and they blame it on me. Don't go to this jd not a good place to be.

   Not the biggest JD Sports around but they pretty much cover a majority of selections for everyone. This was a first ever little tracksuit purchase so it'll be forever remembered as it's my daughter's first birthday money tracksuit purchase as they finally fit her. But most stuff online you will most likely find it here however more specific things you might need to visit a bigger branch but overall nice staff easy access and efficient work ethic in house.
